Ring, or write it down. Either reaches a person.

Two ways to start, both ending in a straight answer about cost, timing and whether the job is worth doing at all.

The ways to get hold of us.

The South Coast, from the Shoalhaven down to the Bega Valley.

The quote is free, fixed in writing and yours to sit on. Nobody will ring you every Tuesday about it, and there are no hard feelings if the timing is wrong.

Rather write it down? Put the detail in here.

Tell us the business, the problem and any deadline you are working to. You will get a first reply inside one business day, from a person who has actually read it.

What do you need help with?

Tick anything that applies. If you are not sure yet, leave them and tell us below.

First reply inside one business day. What you send us goes nowhere else, ever.

Where we work

We come to you, because there is nowhere to come to us.

We are a mobile team, not a shopfront. Nobody has ever bought a website by walking past one, and we would rather spend the rent on the people doing the work.

In our patch we will come out and see you. Usually within the week, and there is no callout fee for a first meeting.

Standing in the shop, the workshop or the yard tells us in twenty minutes what a briefing form never gets to. What the customer sees on the way in, what the busy hour looks like, which question the staff answer forty times a day. That is where half the useful content on a website comes from.

Further afield we work across NSW and Australia by phone and screen share, which is how a good deal of the work already runs. Down the far south the first meeting is still worth the drive and most of what follows is not, so we tell you which parts of your job need us in the room before you commit to anything. Areas we cover

  • Ulladulla
  • Milton
  • Mollymook
  • Narrawallee
  • Burrill Lake
  • Lake Tabourie
  • Bawley Point
  • Kioloa
  • Termeil
  • Batemans Bay
  • Moruya
  • Narooma
After you get in touch

Four steps, and you will know where you stand at each one.

01

We reply within one business day

A real reply from a person who read what you sent, not an acknowledgement with a case number on it. If it is going to be longer than a day, we say so in the reply.

02

A conversation, about half an hour

Phone, video or at your premises if you are in the patch. No slides. We ask what the business actually needs to happen, which is not always what the website looks like.

03

A written, fixed quote

One number, with the inclusions listed, and it is yours to sit on for as long as you like. If the job turns out smaller than it looked, the number comes down.

04

You decide, in your own time

No countdown, no weekly chase-up call, no hard feelings if the timing is wrong or you go elsewhere.

If it is urgent, say so in the form or on the phone, and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit your date rather than agreeing and hoping.

Before you send it

Before you get in touch.

The things people ask in the first email, answered here so you do not have to.

You do not list an office. Where are you actually?

On the coast, and on the road. We are a mobile team covering the South Coast from the Shoalhaven down to the Bega Valley, so the work happens at your premises or on a screen rather than in a reception area. We would rather tell you that plainly than list an address you were never going to visit. If it matters to you to meet face to face, say so and we will be there.

Does that mean you are a one-person operation working from a kitchen table?

No. Behind this brand is an Australian web and marketing team that has been building small business websites since 2008 and still looks after most of them, with designers, developers, search and ads people on it. What we do not have is a shopfront on this stretch of coast, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

What should we have ready?

Whatever you have. Current logins if you know them, a couple of sites you like the look of, and a rough sense of budget. If you have none of it, bring us the problem and we will work back from there. That is honestly a good enough starting point.

When could you actually start?

It depends on the queue, and we will tell you the real answer rather than the one you want. If it is urgent, say so in the form and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
